Akita Inu and Hokkaido

We are the professional kennel of Japanese breeds Akita Inu and Hokkaido in Ukraine. Our kennel "TOKUGAWA TSUNAYOSI" is registered by the Ukrainian Kennel Union (UKU) and the International Cynological Federation (FCI) No. 263/17. The kennel also has Japanese registration in AKIHO (Akita Dog Preservation Society in Japan). The kennel was named after the most famous Japanese ruler, the Emperor Tokugawa Tsunayosi (Jap. 徳川綱吉; February 23, 1646 (Year of the Dog) - February 19, 1709) - the 5th shogun of the dynasty Tokugawa. For his decree "On the prohibition of animals killing", published in 1687, on pain of death forbidding to kill stray dogs, cats and blown horses, the emperor received the nickname "Dog Shogun". Animal advocate - dog shogun Tokugawa Tsunayosi, became the progenitor of cynology in Japan. During his ruling, he introduced the registration of dogs and even created the primary standard of Japanese breeds. Our mission  We breed harmonious exterior, the best representatives of Akita Inu and Hokkaido, having good health and stable psyche. We popularize Akita Inu and Hokkaido breeds in Ukraine, through the participation in dog shows, seminars, training programs, with the involvement of experts and experienced breeders from Japan, Europe and Ukraine. Principles and objectives We want to provide an opportunity for our pets to live a full and rich life in a loving family. We take care of all our puppies to ensure that they get through the program of early neurological stimulation, socialization and training, aimed at quick and right adaptation in new family, to be the ideal pets with a balanced nervous system. Our kennel is not a commercial project for profit. It is a social project for us. All our financial investments, funds and efforts are directed to a number of activities for information dissemination and development of skills of proper communication, training and treatment of animals. Health, quality, adherence to breed standards, proper management and treatment of dogs are the fundamental principles of our kennel. Quality for us is more important than quantity. All our dogs are tested and certified for breeding. We carefully select future owners, who consciously choose a friend/companion for life, and know about proper treatment of pets.
